3 cups cooked iron beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
oil for cooking
salt to taste
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon cumin or curry powder
2 carrots, cut into cubes

Fry onions, carrots, green pepper, and add spices
Add chopped tomatoes and continue cooking
Add cooked beans and simmer for 15 to 20 mins
