25% Jawar flour (sorghum)
25% Ragi flour (finger millet)
25% Iron Pearl millet flour (Bajra)
25% Foxtail millet flour
Jaggery (unrefined sugar)
Dates
Almonds
Cashews
Cardamom Powder
Pure Cow Ghee (or butter)
Instructions
1. On low-medium heat, dry roast Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, and Foxtail millet flours separately with ghee for 3-4 minutes until aromatic and golden. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, heat ghee and fry nuts until golden.
3. Mix the flours, jaggery, roasted nuts, and cardamom powder. Let it cool slightly, then shape into small laddus by rolling the mixture into balls. Grease hands with ghee if needed.
