Request for Proposals: Seed and Grain Market Sizing for Vitamin A Maize and Cassava in Nigeria
HarvestPlus and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) have issued a request for proposals (RFP) to source for a contractor that will conduct a market sizing assessment among various actors involved in the provitamin A maize and cassava value chain sector in Nigeria. This information is critical in developing a scale up plan for production, distribution, marketing, and demand creation of new nutrient-enriched maize and cassava varieties.
The assessment will be in support of the Commercialisation of Biofortified Crops Programme that is jointly managed by HarvestPlus and GAIN. HarvestPlus will be the administrative lead for the RFP.
