HarvestPlus’ esteemed innovators and program implementers spoke about biofortification at IUNS 21st International Congress on Nutrition which took place from October 15- 20 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Erick Boy, Bho Mudyahoto, Binu Cherian, Laira Kyazike, and Carolina Gonzalez showcased HarvestPlus’ strategy for scaling up and biofortified crop deployment efforts in Nigeria, India, Uganda, Brazil and Colombia in a scientific symposium “Paths to Nourishing Millions with Biofortification.”
In addition, World Food Prize Laureate and Founding Director Howarth Bouis presented in two scientific sessions.
