HarvestPlus and its collaborators are generating a substantial body of work in both basic and applied research that is contributing to the growing database on biofortification research. This database includes books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and other research publications from the HarvestPlus alliance (partners and collaborators) that have been funded in part, or whole, by HarvestPlus.
HarvestPlus collaborates with more than 60 partner institutions to produce research on reducing micronutrient malnutrition through biofortification. This is generating a substantial body of work in both basic and applied research on biofortification.
